Construction Regulations
In accordance with SNIP 10.01-94, a regulatory framework for construction has been established, which is now operational.
The index of construction regulations in force in the territory of the Russian Federation (as of) is an official publication reporting on the status of the regulatory documents of the " System of Regulatory Instruments in Construction " , prepared by the Federal Autonomous Institution " Federal Centre for Normation, Standardization and Technical Conformity Assessment in Construction " (FSCFA) and approved by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.
The index includes:
- the rules (actualized building rules and regulations) - (SP)
- rules (constructive rules and regulations in the updating phase) - (JS)
- Interstate standards - (GAS)
- Russian Federation ' s national construction standards - (GOST R)
- Newspapers previously approved by the Russian State and recommended for use - (JP)
- Steering documents of the System (RIS)
- ESA standards (SEA) in force in the Russian Federation as State standards;
- Papers approved by the RSFSR State (RSF)
- Newspapers approved by the USSR State (SN et al.) and (VA) approved by the relevant departments as recommended documents.
For all documents included in the Index, amendments, additions and amendments have been adopted.

The Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation has endorsed the " Travel " .
The Extended List of Regulatory Instruments for Construction Supervision, Building Standards Manuals (SNIP, SN, SP), Reference Regulatory and Methodological Documents, Recommendations, Guidelines, Labour Protection Documents, Sectoral and Departmental Instruments, Codes of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, National Standards for the General Russian Classification of Standards.
