KORTROS-Perm has been authorized to build a second block of houses in the Gulliver housing complex, located in Quibishev, Revolution, Komsomol Prospect and Gléba Uspenski. The relevant document of the City Department of Urban Planning and Architecture was issued to the developer on 27 November 2015.

A second house with a variable floor (from 26 to 28 floors) located at the Guliver CC has received an address from the floor. Revolution, 48b. In the two related sections of Block No. 2, 444 one- to two- and three-room apartments have a total area of over 26,000 square metres. The facility also provides underground parking on 99 machines and storage spaces for owners in the basement.

A total of more than 175,895,000 square metres of housing is planned by the developer in Quarter No. 179. By 2020, eight houses are planned to be built: six double-dwelling buildings of variable floors between 20 and 34 floors and two high-rise sites from 6 to 10 floors. Volume construction investment Guliver is estimated at more than 9 billion roubles, reported to CORTROS. In addition, the site will contain a set of commercial premises, social facilities and an open urban park.

CORTROS obtained permission to build the first block of the Gulliver housing complex on 2 October 2015. The subcontracting organization has reached the site and started the zero cycle. At the same time, they started selling apartments in this Block. On 23 December 2015, the construction of the first house in the CC was officially launched.

It will be recalled that CORTROS-Perme won the auction to enter into a land lease contract at the site of the former psychiatric hospital last August. In April 2015, the developer applied to the City Land and Construction Commission to remove restrictions on the height of the site (i.e. to remove 20 metres from the limits of the parameters) and to the area allocated for the placement of the kindergarten, to limit the conditions for the maintenance of preschool and school facilities. The Commission supported the proposal, public hearings on the matter were held on 8 June 2015. On 23 June, the deputies of the Permian pride supported the draft proposed by the developer.
